개요
: 최대 절전모드 전환 이후 WSL의 네트워크가 되지 않는 문제
1. 파워셸에서 WSL을 중지하고 vEthernet을 재시작 한다.
wsl --shutdown Ubuntu-18.04
Restart-NetAdapter -Name vEthernet*
2. WSL 서비스 관리자 재시작
Get-Service -Name LxssManager
Restart-Service -Name LxssManager -Confirm
